If there is only one thing that you learn in your life...

I hope it is to have an Attitude of Gratitude.

This more than anything else can transform your life.

It doesn't take years either, each moment that you are thankful is a moment transformed.

When you practice appreciation for all that comes into your life...

whether you perceive it as good or bad...

you are no longer resisting...

Recommendations for getting the most out of your Daily Affirmations!

Say these words of appreciation silently to yourself.

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for myself.

(List the things in your mind that you are grateful for, i.e. your spouse, child, friend, job etc...)

I will practice appreciation today for all that comes into my life. Including what may appear to be unwanted or negative.

I am aware and grateful for all of my life lessons and will do my best to learn from them.

I will do my best to only use words of appreciation when I am speaking both to others and to myself.

When I go to bed, I will recap my day in my mind and be thankful for all of it.
