Recommendations for Daily Affirmations

The following recommendations for Daily Affirmations will help you take full advantage of the potential benefits of this exercise.

When you are just waking up and still in bed it is a good time to contemplate on your Daily Motivation. If you are just too groggy to do this then get out of bed and wake up a little more but not too much. Find a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can focus.

With your eyes closed, visualize how you will use this Daily Affirmation and how it is going to feel. Imagine how it will improve your mood, relationships and all of your interactions for that day.

Don't just do these Positive Affirmations for one day and then never do them again. They should be done over and over again.

You may prefer to focus on just one for a week. But remember, each morning when you get up and each night when you go to bed you need to visualize and recap, even if you are using the same one for the week.

You may find that these Affirmations have some overlap. This is intentional because a slight change in focus can be very valuable and enlightening.
