Conflict is inevitable in any Organization. Most conflicts are a result of a difference in perspective.
Conflict Resolution Methods Coaching is an opportunity for the Employees involved to individually share their perspectives in a safe and neutral setting.
Systematically and methodically we go through the issues and teach the Employees awareness about their own beliefs, judgments and biases that are contributing to the conflict.
Looking “inward” for resolution moves them from the “victim mentality” to an empowered Employee who now contributes to the solution!
It is recommended to move swiftly and professionally when a conflict is identified, the longer it is allowed to fester the bigger “drain” it puts on performance and morale.

Outline of the Program
This is a 1-3 Month Program depending on severity of the conflict.
Included:
Separate Assessment Questionnaires for the Employees involved and a one-on-one conversation with the appropriate Manager to further understand the conflict.
An Outline of the Goals and Objectives.
4-1-hour individual Coaching Sessions per month with each of the Employee’s involved.
Follow-Up Questionnaires at the end of the Program.
A Summary Evaluation to assist in the prevention of future conflicts.
