So what are Daily Affirmations?

They are specific intentions that you choose to focus on to enhance your day.

Think of it as your Daily Inspiration !

Each morning when I wake up, more about the author

I think about how I would like my day to unfold and what I would like to work on for that day.

We can go through life on autopilot, in a zombie like state.

This means that we will behave the same way today that we did yesterday!

This includes the behavior about ourselves that we don't like.

Personal Development can seem like a long haul.

This is the beauty of using positive affirmations. It isn't difficult to do, overwhelming or out of reach.

Just one day at a time!
