As a part of your Company’s Severance Package we include 2-Months (8-1-hour Sessions) of Life, Career, Business and Success Coaching!

These Sessions focus on helping your former Employee deal with the inevitable emotional issues that arise when faced with the reality of being unemployed.

The Program helps them stay focused, motivated and inspired!

They are also Coached through the interview process with potential employers.

The Program increases the likelihood of them finding a suitable position sooner and leaves them with a positive impression of your Organization!

Included:

Initial Consultation and Insightful Questionnaire

8-1-hour individual Coaching Sessions

Follow-Ups after each Coaching Session. The Follow-Up material is a very important feature of the “Severance Package Program”. It provides the former Employee with a summary of the important aspects of the Session, areas to focus on and when appropriate, new insights and interesting information for further reflection. The Follow-Up’s also give the former Employee the opportunity to review their progress and helps keep them on track.
